Reading, driving, and riding a bike are examples of complicated behaviors that we do automatically because neural pathways have formed.”

They estimate that it takes 10,000 repetitions to master a skill and develop the associated neural pathway🤯

It's also said that it takes 3–6 months for a new behavior to become a habit! Obviously this will vary with every person...but think of this for a moment.

We hear all too often: "I can't change", "I can't do this or that"...

YOU CAN DO WHATEVER YOU SET YOUR MIND TO...

AND MORE IMPORTANTLY...

You can do whatever your soul desires🌟

If you're ready for something different, stop procrastinating and just decide that it gets to happen and take aligned action to do just that!

You see, those that are living incredibly aligned lives. Creating joy, freedom, abundance and wealth for themselves aren't any different than you...other than they show up every day, creating habits that allow them the life they desire.

They do the work over and over again until it becomes second nature. They are continuously creating new and improved neural pathways.

So there IS NOTHING stopping you from doing the same but YOU.

I've created a new morning practice to add to my current one. A time set aside each day to really align and be the frequency I desire. I have a morning practice that helps with that already...but I'm taking it a step further...like I said there's some massive upleveling/expansion happening up in here✌🏽
